The credibility of the government is the power of the government to make the public trust,including the public's evaluation of the government's performance,the satisfaction of the government's public services,and the communication between the government and the public.The government's credibility reflects the government's ruling level and the public's political identity.As an important symbol of service-oriented government under the conditions of modern democracy and the rule of law,government credibility is not only the key to building a credit society,but also the foundation of building a harmonious socialist society.Promoting the credibility of the government not only plays an important role in realizing political democracy and promoting the establishment,perfection and stable development of various social systems,but also is an urgent need to strengthen the basis of the political legitimacy of the government,an effective guarantee for the efficient operation of society,and an important way to build an advanced administrative culture.In recent years,with the rapid development and popularization of new media,the control and authority of government information dissemination have been challenged,showing the credibility crisis of local governments.Local government credibility is influenced by factors,including the government's own management legalization,standardization.Public awareness and dissemination of public opinion under the new media environment is the credibility of the government.It plays an important role,especially in the condition of new media technology,the expression and spread widely participate in public information,public opinion environment affect the credibility of the government,which is more significant.The purpose of this study is to explore the difficulties faced by the local government's credibility building from the perspective of government management and the strategies to improve the credibility of the government through improving the government's management.This paper mainly uses literature research and questionnaire analysis to analyze the current situation of information dissemination in the public sphere of Ningbo government from the perspective of new media.Aiming at the specific problems faced by the current construction of Ningbo municipal government's public trust,this paper analyses the problems existing in the construction and maintenance of local government's public trust,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the government's public trust on this basis.The background of this paper is the macro environment of the vigorous development of new media.This paper mainly analyses the credibility of Ningbo government from the perspective of new media through four parts.The first part clarifies the connotation and characteristics of new media and government credibility.The second part,through questionnaires,analyses the current situation of Ningbo government credibility from the perspective of new media.The third part,through the analysis of the current situation of Ningbo government credibility development problems and their causes.The fourth part,according to the current situation and existing problems,puts forward the Countermeasures of Ningbo government credibility construction under the background of new media.I hope that through this study,I can give some suggestions to enhance the credibility of Ningbo government,and contribute to the construction of harmonious Ningbo and honest Ningbo.
