Since 1960 s,governments around the world are faced with the pressure of public trust,the lack of integrity of the government,the "legitimacy" of government is doubted in the public mind forever.In China,our reform has entered the deep water area,both opportunities and challenges exist.In this period,highlighting the problems and the contradiction are highlighted.Therefore,steadily promote of the reform cannot do without a powerful government,and powerful source of government is from the people's trust.2016,It has been more than 20 years since China full access to the Internet.With the rapid development of the Chinese aspects of social progress,the new media represented by the Internet become a strong vitality.In the new media era,the majority of citizens' access to information environment has undergone earthshaking change.The speed of access to information has become more convenient and rapid.Especially the wide spread of network expand the scale of Internet users,leading a great change to the government environment in the public opinion.A small policy mistake or government scandal can be a geometric network to enlarge the number in the new media era,leading the government undertake more question.Therefore,in the new media era,information plays a credibility of the government's role more than ever.In such an era,make full use of the characteristics of information dissemination,good shape,maintain and enhance the credibility of the government,has an important value to China's efficient operation of the socialist market economy,to society a harmonious,stable and healthy development plays an important role.Based on the government credibility construction of new media age as the perspective,analyzes the credibility and the credibility of the government concept,combined with the theory of social contract,the responsible government theory,the principal-agent theory.This paper first analyzes the current credibility of our government's achievements,secondly,we analyzes the weak point of new media,just as fabricate,distort and exaggerate the influence of government's credibility.And then,use "Lanzhou water pollution incident" as a case,analyzes the reasons of why the government credibility is challenged in the new media era.As the main part of government credibility construction,while the iron is hot still need their own hard,much attention has been paid to the government credibility,first of all,the government needs to strengthen the service consciousness,then,is the new media's own existence problems,such as the government didn't establish public opinion analysis system to showcase its responsible action in time,parts of media in order to attract attention,grandstanding by "stunt" slogan to attract eyeball,lack of self-discipline mechanism,misleading the public cognition;Again,in their human nature "conformity",especially when the media audience lack a certain sense,flair,vulnerable to inspire,encourage some provocative words and being deceived,become unconscious in the individual,group behavior led to the exaggeration,the government credibility problem taken into public opinion.Based on this consideration,the government must first adhere to the tenet of "serving the people",change the administrative personality patterns,shaped a service-oriented administrative personality.Second,to standardize the information management mechanism,build the information collection analysis mechanism,the emergency information release mechanism and the new media management platform construction,the aspects such as specification information report.Finally,to perfect the citizen education,cultivate the spirit of citizens,from citizens learn skills,cultivating social credit consciousness,the establishment of a social credit system,to build a high-quality civil society.
