Recently,the Internet has totally changed people's living environment and way.In the second half of the current Internet era,“Internet +” gradually becomes the mainstream,represented by "Weibo,Weixin and APP",new media shows a tendency of rapid development in our country,government will apply their affairs public.Governmental affairs are exposed to the public,and it's usual to come the governmental affairs into open.Because of the feature of interactivity,Government new media becomes the ordinary way to open government affairs among all levels of government.For the government,there are both advantages and disadvantages for new media of government credibility: on the one hand,the government open e-government affairs through new media,the public is willing to accept because the form is rich content and fresh,that is easy to get a perfect propaganda effect,at the same time,the government provide more services for people,enhance the trust of the public.On the other hand,once the government cannot satisfy public demands,it may cause all kinds of bad reflection of the public,which the government will be caught into “Tacitus Trap”,that would undermine the government's credibility.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss how to use the government new media to enhance the credibility of our government.This paper first clarifies the relevant definitions of government credibility in the new media era,including the definition of the concepts of new media and government credibility,government credibility and relevant theories of government communication management.Secondly,the relationship between the development of government new media and the promotion of government credibility is expounded from the internal requirements and external motivation.Then,it describes the achievements of the current government new media in improving the credibility of the government,including the disclosure of information,social supervision,government regulation,economic development,and political and civilian cooperation.Again,analysis the government new media in enhancing the government credibility and practices,the first list of problems,the researchers from the government consciousness change hard,do not take the government department,staff skills,lack of professional talents,scientific management system in place,the public blindly psychological impact analysis of the causes;Finally,this article focus on how to use government new media to enhance the government credibility,strengthening the construction of the government,and enhance inner-party disciplines.Improve the service consciousness of modern government,and the consciousness of the government to deal with public opinion.Then attaches great importance to the government building their own new media,rich content,pay attention to form,build platform,build talent team,technical support.And improve systems and laws and strengthen public opinion guidance.
