Research On The High-quality Balanced Supply Of The Public Service In Urban Community In China

The provision of public services in urban community is related to people's livelihood and connecting people's hearts.It is the core content of urban community construction and plays an important role in promoting the transformation of government functions,strengthening social livelihood construction and enhancing democratic governance in community.With the increase in the number of cities and the acceleration of urbanization,the needs of urban community residents for public services have become more complex and urgent.At present,urban residents are paying more and more attention to the supply quality of traditional material public goods,and paying attention to the needs of spiritual public services such as living environment,cultural entertainment,and mental health.The demand for high quality,multi-level public services is no longer met by the original urban community public service system.Driven by improving the quality of public services and improving the quality of life of residents,urban community public services have leapt to a new level of high quality and balanced supply.The research focus of this paper is on the high quality and balanced supply of public services in urban community in China,rather than the supply of public services in urban community.In order to focus on the core of " high-quality and balanced ",this paper follows the research route of "proposing a problem-analyzing a problem-solving a problem".Through combing,refining and digesting the literature of public services in urban community at home and abroad,the core concepts of high quality and balanced supply of public services in urban community are clarified.The paper starts from analyzing the current situation of high quality and balanced supply of public services in urban community in China.Highly summarize the remarkable achievements of urban community public service high quality and balanced supply in increasing public service supply,improving the convenience and accessibility of public services,improving the quality of urban community space environment,and innovating public service supply platforms.At the same time,the high quality and balanced supply of public services in urban community has the common problems of insufficient high quality supply and shortcomings in balanced supply.This paper analyzes the reasons for the abovementioned problems in the high quality and balanced supply of public services in urban community in China.Targeted suggestions are made in terms of improving the multi-supply organization network of public services in urban community,improving the quality of public service supply in urban community,establishing a demand docking and feedback mechanism for urban community residents,and optimizing the guarantee conditions for high quality and balanced supply of urban public services.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for formulating urban community public service supply policies and improving the high quality and balanced supply of urban community public services in China.
