Research On The Improvement Of Public Service Supply Of Urban Community In Binzhou City Under The Guidance Of Residents' Demand

The community is the most basic unit of social governance and an indispensable part of the life of the residents.With the rapid development of the economy and society,the new role of“community people”has emerged,and the work of public services in urban communities has been put on the important agenda,and it has also received high attention from higher authorities.The level and quality of public services in urban communities have become an important determinant of social progress and stable development.At present,urban community public services have been deeply studied in domestic and foreign research fields,but most of them are guided by government supply,and there are few studies on the orientation of residents'demand and how to exert residents'participation.At present,there is still much room for improvement in the accuracy,effectiveness,and timeliness of public services in urban communities,especially in the face of the increasingly diverse needs of the masses,the limited nature of government public services,and the infinite demand for real residents.The gap is getting bigger and bigger,and the contradiction between supply and demand has become more and more prominent.This paper focuses on the Wenhui community and the Guangming community in the urban streets of Bincheng District.The new public management theory,the new public service theory,and the cooperative production theory are the theoretical basis.The research method combining the investigation method and the quantitative analysis method is used to analyze The gap between community public service supply and residents' demand and its institutional reasons,research and analysis of the public service supply problem of urban communities in Binzhou City.Prior to the study,several key concepts such as urban community service and residents'demand orientation were elaborated,and the common points and similarities and dififerences were analyzed and compared.Subsequently,according to the task of urban and rural community public service development during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,combined with the local reality,the urban community residents' service needs questionnaire and individual interviews were designed.Based on the statistical analysis of the questionnaire and the contents of individual interviews,on the basis of researching relevant theoretical data and literature,from the aspects of government leadership,community management,service construction,residents' participation,and institutional mechanisms,the urban community public service supply and residents'participation services are carefully analyzed.At the same time,the results of the survey are based on reality,and combined with local realities to propose practical solutions.By learning from the advanced community service models at home and abroad,combined with local realities,the content and methods of public services in existing urban communities will be improved and improved,and residents' sense of well-being and gain will be continuously improved.
