In the process of writing this paper,we use the methods of data retrieval,case analysis,field investigation,literature search and other research methods to learn from the relevant theoretical knowledge of sociology,organizational change theory,anthropology and other disciplines.We take Minghua township of Sunan Yugur Autonomous County as the research point,and develop the ethnic minority tribes and their evolution to the township pattern Based on the research results of this project,with my growing experience in rural areas and full understanding of the economy and culture of Minghua area,combined with a large number of data obtained in the field visit,this paper briefly introduces the tribal structure and organizational system before the liberation of Minghua area,mainly from the organizational structure,tribes and attachments of clans and tribes This paper explores the changes and transformation of the tribes in Minghua area from the three aspects of the communication between the near nationalities and the changes of the tribes.Finally,from the three aspects of the transformation from the national area to the modernization,the multi-dimensional development of the national culture and the stable development of the national society,it points out how to better realize the transformation of the traditional tribes in the new period,as well as the important significance of the national management.The thesis is divided into two parts: introduction and body.Among them,the introduction focuses on the significance,current situation,background,methods and ideas of the study.The main body is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction of Yugur's ethnic origin and history;the second chapter is the management system of Yugur's leaders;the third chapter is the foreign exchange of the yalag tribe;the fourth chapter is the end of the tribe;the fifth chapter is the countermeasures to guide and manage the traditional tribal organizations.
