Qilian Mountain is the home of many ethnic minorities in Northwest China for generations and an important ecological security barrier for the country.The relocation of ethnic minority ecological migrants in the core reserve of Qilian Mountain is not only a realistic need to ensure the ecological security barrier in the western part of the Qilian Mountain country,but also a long-term solution for future generations to achieve sustainable development.In order to do a good job in the relocation and employment of ethnic minorities,ecological immigrants from ethnic minorities are encouraged to set up economic entities,and ecological migrants are guided to engage in business activities such as ecological planting,house farming,eco-cultural tourism and other business activities around the countys green animal husbandry and national cultural tourism,and continue to carry out skills training for the labor force of ecological immigrants from ethnic minorities.Through training,the ecological migrants of ethnic minorities after relocation have basically mastered certain practical techniques and skills,and have realized the transfer of skills to employment,but the evaluation of the effect of the training of relocation skills of ecological migrants of ethnic minorities has been ignored.Evaluation on the Training Effect of Ecological Immigrants in China The research of price theory is far behind the need of its development,which leads to the lack of evaluation of training effect in training activities,so that it can not make constructive and targeted suggestions for training activities.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the improvement and development of training activities to construct the evaluation index system of employment skills training for ecological immigrants of ethnic minorities.This article will carry on the research from the following several angles: first,search a large number of relevant literature,expound the concept of ecological migration of ethnic minorities,take this as the theoretical basis,at the same time systematically collate the domestic and foreign classic cases about training effect evaluation and the related research results of training demand analysis and training effect evaluation of ecological migration of ethnic minorities,and finally take this as the foothold to determine the overall writing direction of the paper.Secondly,the present situation of employment skills training for ecological immigrants of ethnic minorities is analyzed.Taking Sunan County as an example,the contents,methods,progress and problems of the training of ecological immigrants of ethnic minorities in this county are studied in detail,in order to obtain the Deeply understand the actual situation and characteristics of ecological migration training for ethnic minorities in this county,so as to provide some reference basis for the setting of indicators in the evaluation system.Third,with the help of the training effect evaluation index system and the training effect evaluation model as the theoretical foundation,taking the system as the starting point and using the analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation index system of the employment skills training effect of the ecological immigrants of ethnic minorities is established.Fourth,deeply study the evaluation of employmentskills training effect of ecological immigrants of ethnic minorities in Sunan County,use experts to form judgment matrix in the form of scoring questionnaires,use AHP to calculate the respective weights of the three-level indicators,and then in the established perfect index system The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is integrated into the system,and the effect of this training in this county is evaluated accurately.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn: after constructing the complete evaluation index system of training effect,this paper applies the constructed index system to the employment skill training project of sunan county with ecological migration as the main body,replaces the survey data,calculates the data according to the mathematical model,concludes that the training effect of ethnic minority ecological migration in sunan yugu autonomous county belongs to “good” level,and analyzes the problems existing in the whole training process,and puts forward corresponding policies and suggestions.First,take the training demand as the direction,carries on the demand forecast,distinguishes the training object,improves the training form,promotes the student Precision of job skills training programs for immigrants.Second,we should adhere to the participation orientation,pay attention to the practicability of the training content,the diversity of the training methods,and realize the diversification of the training methods of the employment skills of the ecological immigrants of ethnic minorities,so as to improve the pertinence of the training.Third,adhere to the result orientation,establish and improve the evaluation mechanism of employment skills training for ethnic ecological immigrants,and carry out the evaluation work of employment skills training for ethnic ecological immigrants.And formulate corresponding laws and regulations,standardize the training activities of ethnic minority ecological immigrants employment skills,and form a legal and effective supervision over the input and use of training funds.
