Study On Vocational Skills Training Supply Of Land-lost Farmers In A County

In the process of accelerating urbanization,the number of land-lost farmers is also increasing,and land-lost farmers are facing greater employment pressure.Employment is the basic livelihood of the people and has a great impact on the quality of life of land-lost farmers.Vocational skills training plays an important role in the smooth re-employment process of land-lost farmers.Through vocational skills training,land-lost farmers can master more working skills and enhance their employability,thus becoming the basic force for industrial upgrading and high-quality development.However,the vocational skills training provided by A county to land-lost farmers still has some problems,such as unsatisfactory training effect and imperfect training system.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the vocational skills training supply of land-lost farmers in A county,which not only helps to improve the individual satisfaction and family happiness of land-lost farmers,but also helps to promote the economic development of A county.Based on the theory of human capital,Keynesian employment theory and man-post matching theory,this paper conducts A field survey on the supply of vocational skills training for land-lost farmers in A county,and analyzes and describes the current supply of vocational skills training for land-lost farmers in A county according to the survey results.At present,in the supply of vocational skills training for land-lost farmers in A county,It has formed diversified training contents,established flexible training organization mode,constructed characteristic training mode and operation mechanism,and established training evaluation system.Next,this paper selects the quality satisfaction evaluation of vocational skill training supply from the questionnaire,and establishes an evaluation system for the vocational skill training supply of land-lost farmers in A county from four dimensions: training organization,training implementation,training evaluation and training effect.Ahp and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were used to score and evaluate the vocational skills training supply level of land-lost farmers in A county.Furthermore,based on the field research data,the paper analyzes the problems and causes of the vocational skills training supply of land-lost farmers in A county,and proposes to improve the vocational skills training supply service of land-lost farmers in A county from the aspects of strengthening the training policy publicity,optimizing the training content system,expanding and innovating the training methods,improving the training mode and operating mechanism,and improving the training evaluation system.Aiming at the vocational skills training of land-lost farmers,previous studies have training contents,training methods,training effects and other indicators.According to the actual situation of land-lost farmers in A county,this paper adds training evaluation system indicators,which is innovative to a certain extent.In addition,this paper proposes to establish A participation mechanism of multi-subject and multi-level supply vocational skill training,and further improve the vocational skill training supply level of land-lost farmers in A county through effective connection between multiple subjects and their respective strengths.
