With the rapid development of information technology,the mobile terminal equipment,represented by the smart phones,has become a necessity in the daily life of modern people.However,the vast majority of the elderly do not fully enjoy the convenience and efficiency of smartphones,but often also face various problems.The convenience brought by the smart phones should not only belong to the young people,but also to the elderly.To help the elderly better use smart phones,adapt to the lifestyle of the times,and enhance the adaptive capacity of the elderly in the intelligent age,will help enhance the sense of happiness and satisfaction of the elderly,and better realize the positive aging,to a certain extent,it is also of great benefit to the whole of the aging society.Based on the above situation,this research is based on the project practice of Chongqing C organization,and uses the interview method and the observation method to investigate and understand the situation and the existing problems of the elderly in the X community.According to the survey results,under the guidance of social learning theory,six targeted group activities were conducted to provide counseling and assistance to the group members in order to improve the smart phones use ability of the elderly group and expand the scope of interaction,the aim of constructing social support network and improving the adaptability of information society.Through the intervention of group work,the elderly master the basic content of knowledge,can be applied in real life,to a certain extent,to facilitate the life of the elderly,enhance the elderly's ability to adapt to the information society;Made more like-minded friends,built a social support network.On the whole,the intervention of group social work is effective.
