Research On The Satisfaction Of E-government Collaborative Office System

With the development of modern information and digital communication technology,Egovernment has become one of the main application forms for administrative organs to conduct public management and provide public services.As the internal operating platform of the e-government private network of administrative organs,collaborative office system is an important way to innovate office means and improve work efficiency.It is paperless electronic office,saves administrative costs and resource,and strengthens the timeliness of the government decree implementation,which greatly improves the execution ability of administrative units.In this paper,from the perspective of public management,introduces the related theory of collaborative office system satisfaction to the electronic government affairs,investigates the development history and construction status of e-government,and finds that the egovernment has some deficiencies in concept understanding,resource utilization,security and secrecy.On the basis of drawing on the domestic and international satisfaction evaluation model,the paper puts forward a measurement scale based on the four dimensions of operability,practicability,feedback and safety,establish the electronic government affairs coordination office satisfaction assessment model of Logistic to government employee questionnaires of KenLi district in DongYing city,collect user evaluation results.Through the research statistics of SPSS software and Binary Logistic regression analysis,it found that personal factors of "age" "degree" "usage",Operating performance "Easy to operate" "speed" "correct prompt" "mobile phone compatibility",practical performance "office demand" "accurate link" "reduce costs" "aesthetic degree",feedback performance "regularly training" "follow-up maintenance" "accept the rectification",safe performance "stability" is the importance factors of e-government collaborative office system using satisfaction.Through comprehensive analysis,it puts forward suggestions on increasing the investment in administrative office information construction,giving play to the role of managers and mobile equipment,and improving the network security system,so as to gradually improve the e-government collaborative office system functions,to achieve the optimal allocation of resources and upgrading the role of government affairs work efficiency,improve service satisfaction,make perfect government public management,to build a service-oriented government,improving the level of informationization,digitization,and intelligence and pushing "Internet Plus Government Services" play a positive role.
