Research Of Implementation Current Situation And Perfecting Countermeasures Of R County Rural "Toilet Revolution"

Rural toilet transformation is an important part of the rural living environment,for the majority of rural residents is the need for improvement of practical problems.At present,the rural toilet revolution is inspiring the construction of beautiful villages and towns in order to promote the living environment.At the same time as the toilet revolution has initially achieved good benefits,it is also facing factors such as the need to improve manure treatment,farmers’ ideological needs to be improved,and long-term management and protection mechanisms to be improved.Impact.Obviously,as a continuous progress of the rural toilet revolution,it is necessary to have a clear forecast of the possible constraints,to excavate and analyze the influencing factors,and to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Therefore,identifying and evaluating the main influencing factors facing the rural toilet revolution and proposing countermeasures have become hot topics in the rural toilet revolution.In view of this,this study takes R County’s rural toilet revolution as a research sample,and discusses the prominent influencing factors of rural toilet revolution and its coping strategies from the perspective of government management.Based on the analysis of related literature,this study applied an analytic hierarchy process to build an evaluation model of influencing factors based on the relevant theories of the toilet revolution,and explored the influencing factors and extent of the rural toilet revolution in R County.In this study,the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method was used to analyze the influencing factors of the rural toilet revolution in R County.The results of the study found that the government action had a stronger influence,followed by infrastructure,and the farmers had relatively weak influence factors.Finally,this study proposes measures to improve the rural toilet revolution in R County.The innovations of this study are as follows: First,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of AHP is used to make a detailed analysis of the factors affecting the rural toilet revolution in R County,which provides a new perspective for the countermeasures of the factors affecting the rural toilet revolution in China.Second,this study proposes measures to improve the rural toilet revolution in R County under the new situation,which will help to avoid and smoothly advance the influencing factors of the rural toilet revolution in R County under the strategy of accelerating the construction of a new socialist countryside.This studycan provide a useful reference for the rural toilet revolution practice in R County,and also provide a reference for promoting the promotion of other rural toilet revolutions in China.
