Study On Toilet Management In T District

In the construction of urban and rural civilization in our country,the toilet problem is an urgent problem to be solved at present,is a key step in improving the quality of life of the people.The management of rural latrines is directly related to the living environment and health of the masses,and also affects the development of social civilization.From a theoretical point of view,rural toilet management is a broad and profound change,not only in the concept of transmission of civilization,but also effectively improve the level of environmental health in rural areas and promote economic development;It is not only an important link of rural revitalization strategy,but also a complement and perfection of the theory of new socialist rural construction and development.“Small toilet” is related to“People’s livelihood”,how to make“Convenient” things more convenient is of great importance and far-reaching impact.In this paper,the public service,multi-center Governance,collaborative governance and other theoretical knowledge of the toilet management of the People’s Livelihood Project in-depth investigation and analysis of the T District Toilet Management Project as a case,by means of literature study,visiting investigation and questionnaire investigation,it is found that there are deficiencies in every link of toilet management in T district,for example,the People’s awareness of the policy is not high,the coordination between the responsible departments is not close enough,the fund source of toilet management is relatively single,the utilization rate of toilet after treatment is not high enough and so on,the reasons behind it are also many-sided,including the policy propaganda is not in place,the grass-roots lack of the concept of co-governance,governance of the fund template,the lack of long-term management and protection mechanisms,and so on,and around the problems,causes,to put forward constructive suggestions and suggestions on improving the governance,including 13 suggestions on four aspects,such as how to create a governance atmosphere of full participation,for reference of T-zone,so as to accumulate experience for future optimization and improvement of rural toilet governance,in the National Strategy for rural revitalization,more scientific and effective play of government functions.
