Study On The Social Participation Of Community Correction In Suining City, Sichuan Province

Community Correction has the dual attributes of penalty and socially,which is the embodiment of penalty humanitarianism and execution socialization,and also an important part of social governance at the grass-roots level in China.Social participation in community correction is of great significance to alleviate social resources,improve work efficiency,create social atmosphere,and promote the formation of a governance pattern of governance and sharing between the government and all parties in society.In the field of community correction in China,the participation of social forces is still in its infancy.On the one hand,the development of social forces in our country is not mature,lacking participation consciousness and ability;on the other hand,because the current social participation lacks system guarantee and legal support.Community correction system as a new system to replace the traditional penalty,how to mobilize the social participation to better transform the community correction object,which is not only the demand of the internal development of community correction,but also the opportunity of the development of social forces and the realization of value,which is also the problem discussed in this paper.This paper is divided into six chapters.Firstly,it introduces the background of the topic,research ideas and methods,related theoretical definitions,etc.Secondly,from the perspective of the comparison of community correction models at home and abroad,it summarizes the ideal path for social forces to participate in community correction.Secondly,it takes the participation of social forces as the fit point and the participation of social forces in community correction in Suining City as an example,The selection of typical problems is mainly to use the theory and practice of plural subject governance to analyze the current situation and difficulties of social forces participating in the development of community correction in Suining City.Finally,the development of community correction work should start from the characteristics of correction work,and explain from a macro perspective,so as to provide close andprofessional services for community correction objects,To guide social forces to play their own advantages,to put forward suggestions and Countermeasures for social participation in community correction,to improve the efficiency of community correction,to promote the formation of a good social order,to solve the plight of Suining City Community Correction,and to comprehensively improve the effect of community correction has certain significance.
