Research On Urban Grass-Roots Social Governance Under The Mechanism Of "Cooperation With Community,Social Organizations,and Social Work"

As is known to all,if a government only pays attention to the economic construction and development,pursues the economic interests of the country blindly,and neglects the social environment and the social contradictions of people's livelihood,it will bound to have a profound influence on the development of the country and the society.The grass-roots society is an integral part of the whole society,and the governance of the grass-roots society is the foundation in maintaining social stability and national long-term stability.Facing the new situation,the economy develop rapidly,the living conditions of the residents have been improved significantly.At the same time,after solving the substantive needs of life issues,this group looking forward to pursuiting health,diversified,personalized,innovative leisure entertainment service.This will get more attention,and more and more grass-roots people began to participate in the construction of new community gradually in the future.Residents can't live without community,and the community living environment has big impact on the community residents.Community as a grass-roots social organizations,the importation in the urban management system appeared gradually.Therefore,the "three agency linkage mechanism is very important in promoting the national community governance system.Community autonomy as the most important part of the concept of community governance,which has great influence on the community residents.In the process of building Community,through the collection social groups in certain region,and cultivate social organizations.Then made them together in the process of development and integration do social activities.The development of nation economy change the development of cities greatly.A certain size of the population flocked to the cities to seek better development opportunities because the development between urban area and rural area is imbalenced.With basic urban community expands unceasingly,the city's cultural differences,the crowd hierarchies and social problems must brought problems.So the object of social governance in cities are concentrated in the grass-roots community.The backward management organization pattern already can't adapt to social development under the normal community.Governance are in urgent need of reform and social problems need to be solved,the innovation development pattern is breeding.This paper based on the summary of the mechanism of "cooperation with community,social organizations,and social worker,describe the mechanism in F community and the problem in its governance.Then state my suggestions.The paper mainly consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Through the research background,research significance,research methods,research status at home and abroad,related concepts defined to highlight the leading role of the first chapter.The second chapter to describe the background of the Mechanism of"cooperation with community,social organizations,and social worker.In the end tells the basic theory of "three social linkage mechanism.The third chapter for F community basic situation of social governance,mainly from the community,community characteristics,organization structure,management system of F.The fourth chapter for F community urban grass-roots social governance under "three social linkage mechanism,mainly on the use of "three social linkage mechanism to promote grass-roots social governance and evaluate two real cases.Through the social capital,professional talents,social support,work analysis to promote the sustainability of social organization,and the necessary of grassroots social governance risk.The fifth chapter mainly about F community innovation urban grass-roots social governance development,this chapter describes the reality of urban grassroots governance in F community and puts forward the suggestions in future development.
