Research On Performance Evaluation And Optimization Path Of Government Data Sharing

Big data is the most popular words,with the rise of big data technology revolution and the construction of digital China,datacollection,construction and application ability gradually improve,bring more of the big data accumulation,but the traditional government data resources development and utilization of main is contented with a single department business operation,social management and social service demand,the application of this makes the data resource is not widely used,the value is not sufficient.Currently,represented by China’s rapid development of digital technology makes the world of e-government data of important value to know more clearly,more countries will be e-government data as a comprehensive national strength and core competitiveness in the new period,optimization of government management system and management ability of important strategic resources,using data sharing application and deep mining methods such as data resource value maximization.Therefore,advocating and promoting e-government data sharing to unclog the data of the barriers between different government departments,push data flow has a positive effect,can more quickly to form covering all areas of social governance data resource,make the value of the data in different areas and direction,to improve government management ability and the ability of government services.Based on the theory of public service and integrity based on the theory of governance and comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign data sharing and effective practice,influencefactors,data sharing performance evaluation at home and abroad for reference,the theoretical results and practical experience,explore the government performance evaluation of e-government data sharing model was constructed,on the basis of the preliminary build the index system,the first use of Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)for screening evaluation index;Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)was used to determine the weight of the evaluation index by an expert group composed of experienced experts and scholars in the fields of big data research,big data enterprises and government services.Finally,taking W city provident fund management center data sharing as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis,collects data in the form of questionnaire,interview and official data,and makes a tentative evaluation on the performance of government data sharing,on which it puts forward policy Suggestions to optimize the performance of government data sharing.
