A Study On The Role Orientation Of Pivotal Social Organization In The Context Of Project System

With the method of combining literature research and field research,this paper aims to clarify the role of Cheng Du X Pivotal social organization in the operation process of X project from an exploratory perspective.This paper expounds the role and functions of X social group in the operation of X project from the six aspects of X social organization's due diligence,project collection,project selection,contract optimization,project monitoring and project evaluation.Based on the theory of social exchange,this paper systematically discusses how they attract each other and exchange "rewards" in the process of project operation from the perspectives of government,pivotal social organization and general social organization.Therefore,it is believed that the pivotal social organizations should play the roles of filling the vacancy of "organizational structure hole",platform builder,capacity builder,bridge communicator and industry leader in the project system.On thisbasis,in order to promote the further development of the pivotal social organizations,Suggestions on the development path are put forward,such as clarifying the responsibility boundary with the government,establishing and improving the relevant legal system,and optimizing the mechanism of resource integration and allocation.
