Research On Demonstration Project Of "Qi Le Rong Rong" Caring For The Old Left-behind In Rural Areas

Professional social work in China has only developed for nearly 30 years.At present,it has accumulated a lot of experience in developed cities,especially in coastal areas.According to the needs of our country's social construction and development of social work,the government and social work academia have begun to pay attention to rural social work.Compared with cities,the development of rural social work is relatively slow,but because of the current situation in rural areas and the particularity of social work service demand,the theoretical knowledge and practical experience of cities can not be directly applied to the field of rural social work.Therefore,the author believes that combing the local practical experience will help to make up for the lack of empirical data in rural social work research,and is of great significance to promote the development of rural social work.By using the methods of literature research,interview and action research,and under the guidance of social exchange theory,the author studies the demonstration project of “Qi Le Rong Rong ” caring for the left-behind elderly in rural areas.Firstly,the basic situation and achievements of the demonstration project of "Harmony and Harmony" caring for the left-behind elderly in rural areas are introduced.Secondly,by describing the specific situation in the project implementation,the author reflects three problems in the project implementation.The first is the unreasonable intervention of administrative forces,which is mainly manifested in the negative impact of village committees and poverty alleviation work on the project;the second is the break of community mutual assistance self-organization from incubation to the formation of long-term mechanism,starting from the establishment of two communities' mutual assistance self-organization,which reflects the lack of project in the training link of community mutual assistance self-organization;and the third is the impact on village unity at the point of project implementation.The material resources brought by the project in the implementation process weaken the internal unity of the village and cause the confrontation between village cadres and villagers.Then,starting from the problems,the author gradually analyzed that these problems were caused by the interest demands of different participants,the action mode of the organization to deal with the project evaluation and the idealization of the project target.Finally,in view of the problems and causes,three suggestions are put forward.Firstly,improve the political and social relations;secondly,optimize the evaluation of social work;thirdly,enhance the capacity-building of social work institutions.
