In 2008,the Central Committee decided to select and recruit college graduates to work in the village throughout the country,and thus emerged as a special group of"College Village Officials".The implementation of the college village official plan not only provides new employment ways for college graduates,but also provides intellectual support for the new rural construction,and also adds fresh blood for the party and government reserve cadres.It has been nearly ten years since the implementation of this plan,and the group of college students has played an important role in the construction of grass-roots organizations.Therefore,it is very important to study the problem of reemployment of University Village officials.This paper takes Jiangsu city of Changzhou Province as the research object,on the expiration of college-graduate village official after the employment of empirical research,multi angle,multi-level analysis of the present situation of the college-graduate village official and re-employment difficulties,by analysis,explore solutions to the problem of related theory,combined with the experience of other provinces and cities,for college students village flow in order to put forward reasonable suggestions.The full text is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background and value significance of the topic selection,analyzes the domestic research status,and introduces the basic ideas and main research methods of this article.The related concept of college-graduate village official and the theoretical foundation of the second part of this review,college-graduate village official,college-graduate village official employment and re-employment and other related concepts,related to the public management theory are introduced.The third part takes Changzhou city as an example,introduces the basic situation of college-graduate village official re employment,and analyzed the causes of the expiration of college-graduate village official after the employment problems,such as the local village cadres transferred to the future is uncertain,difficult to obtain civil servants,business difficult high and preferential policy is not enough etc..The fourth part reference Heilongjiang,Beijing City,Chongqing city and other places on the related practices college-graduate village official re employment after the expiration of the draw to choose innovation system,the cultivation of native college-graduate village official,"the five way"refinement,broaden employment channels and some successful experience and enlightenment.The fifth part is the formation of the correct positioning of the occupation from the help college-graduate village official,to improve the performance of their duties,to increase support for efforts to build several aspects of the system,and put forward some suggestions to improve the re-employment of the college-graduate village official after the expiration.The sixth part is to summarize and think again,expounded the significance and Countermeasures of re-employment of college-graduate village official after the expiration.
