Study On Government Service For Development Of SMEs In Beichen District Of Tianjin

The sustainable development of small and medium enterprises is an important part of China's economic development.With the deepening of reform and opening up,the current SMEs in China reflect their important value in terms of quantity,scale and economic benefits.It also has a huge contribution in attracting employment,economic growth and technological innovation driving.Our government and all walks of life pay more and more attention to promoting the sustainable development of SMEs.However,in view of the limitations of small scale and weak ability to resist risks,SMEs will encounter various problems in their development process.From the perspective of government's economic management function,as a local government,it should focus on helping to solve various problems encountered in the process of enterprise development,providing various services for the development of SMEs,implementing the functions of service-oriented government,and providing a good business environment for the development of small and medium enterprises.Base on the existing theory of government service enterprises development at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the government serving the development of SMEs.Through combing the status quo of the development of SMEs in Beichen District and the construction of the system and service policy of Beichen District's government service for development of SMEs,this paper analyzes the status quo of Beichen District's government service for SMEs,and summarizes the main problems in the serving of Beichen District's government for development of SMEs.By comparing with the current situation of the serving of government for development of SMEs at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the excellent experience of the serving of government for development of SMEs at home and abroad,and combines the current situation of Beichen District,gives relevant countermeasures and suggestions.To provide research basis for the Beichen District Government on how to improve the government services for the development of SMEs,improve the level of government services and work efficiency,effectively promote the sustainable development of SMEs in the region,and effectively promote the development of SMEs in the region.
