With the rapid development of economy and society,human resources have become the most important resources in today’s world.For any enterprise or organization,how to maximize the development and utilization of human resources has become a key issue.At present,the research of human resources is more and more used in non-profit organizations.Although the XX court is different from general enterprises,it can also be studied using relevant theories.In recent years,although its human resources management level has made some progress,there are still some problems in the management and deployment of auxiliary personnel,such as serious staff turnover,low salary and income satisfaction,education and training in the form of enthusiasm,etc.,Restricting its development.At a deeper level,it is mainly due to the backward concept of modern human resource management,the lack of attractiveness in talent recruitment,the inadequacy of education and training guarantees,and the defects in assessment incentives.With the advancement of China’s judicial system reform and the completion of the classification management of judicial personnel,it also laid a solid foundation for the optimal allocation of judicial human resources.In practice,the main research direction of people is how to improve the enthusiasm of judges,and there is a lack of corresponding discussion on the group of auxiliary personnel.Practice has proved that the configuration mode of auxiliary staff and occupational security also play a key role in work.However,from the current point of view,the management and deployment of auxiliary judicial personnel is still in a simple,extensive,and immature state.Therefore,this article focuses on the "provision of auxiliary judicial personnel" as the central issue,based on the theory of human resource management,and based on the "problem-analyze-solve" idea,through the summary of the literature and the design of the questionnaire survey Analysis and practical research on the current situation of the auxiliary staffing of the XX court,in-depth analysis of the main problems and the causes of theproblems in the auxiliary staffing,and finally proposed to reshape the concept of human resources management,broaden the auxiliary personnel supplementary recording channels,improve the personnel training system,establish Five effective countermeasures including effective incentive mechanism and scientific determination of the allocation ratio.In addition,this article also proposes to vigorously promote the construction of informatization,with the help of artificial intelligence and other means,fully release the potential of auxiliary personnel,and provide higher quality judicial services for the society.
