Research On College Student' Voluntary Service Development In New Period

Volunteer service is a noble social business, with the development of refor and opening and improvement of social development level, college students'volunteer service has become a direct way for college students to contact and serve society.College students'volunteer service is playing an increasingly important role in the area of social services, it is a force that should not be overlooked of social development and change, it is also an favorable supplement of China's social security system. Volunteer service has aroused the chinese government, enterprises and institutions, the general public of the widespread concern and participation, college students is the most active population in the society, they participate in various social volunteer service eagerly, they make a positive contribution to the development of volunteer service.College students'voluntary service goes with the social transformation, system transition, value revolution's development trend to spring up. The general develop direction of college students'voluntary service is upward and progressive,its development is not enough mature and exist some problems, how to guide and regulate the development of college students'voluntary service has become an important research subject.This paper is general overview of the college students'voluntary service development. The paper is to clarify the concept of college students'voluntary service development, including the meaning of the college students'voluntary service development, development course, main characteristics. This was followed by college students'voluntary service development goal.By analysis on present situation of college students'voluntary service, I holds that college students'voluntary service is the inevitable outcome of social development and progress.This paper is to analysis the problem and the reason , clarifys the development trend of college students'voluntary service in future. In view of the inadequate development of the college students'voluntary service and the existing problems, drawing on the experience of youth voluntary service and some developed countries, from propaganda and mobilization, service field, organizational management mechanism, examination-evaluation inspiring mechanism, support and guarantee mechanism on the five major aspects of proposed targeted measures, clear the thoughts for promoting development of college students'voluntary service.
