It is great significant for building a harmonious socialist society and efforts to achieve the Chinese Dream to engage in voluntary services. Voluntary services bring the concern to our society, transmit the love, and spread the civilization. It strengthens the exchanges and care between people, and reduces the sense of alienation, which promotes social harmony and progress. College students, as outstanding member of the Chinese youth, are the successors and builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Without doubt, college students should play a greater role in building a harmonious socialist society, and actively participate in voluntary services activities. To research on the supply behavior of college students’ voluntary services will provide a theoretical reference for the government departments, schools and voluntary service organizations to formulate relevant policies, in order to guide the students to participate in voluntary service activities, promoting the long-term development of Chinese college students voluntary service career.This paper, based on the previous research, comprehensively utilizing the method of literature, the questionnaire survey method, the mathematical statistics method, the case interview, etc. systematically arrange the previous theory, and defines the core concepts. The author surveys in the field ten universities in Beijing, including Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, China University of Geosciences(Beijing), China University of Mining and Technology(Beijing), Minzu University of China, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing Forestry University, Capital Normal University, Capital Medical University, Capital University of Economics and Business. The author uses Two Logistic regression and Multivariate Linear regression to analyse survey data, with SPSS17.0 software. The author find that the influence factors of whether college students to participate in voluntary services and voluntary services hours include education, political status, religious belief, the main source of daily life and learning costs, whether to be the class cadre or the member of the student union in the past year, whether the family to participate in voluntary services activities, and whether to often heard the activities held by the school voluntary services association. Relatively, gender, the nature of the colleges, whether to be the only child, whether participating in voluntary services activities to be combined with scholarship or credit, and, whether the schools or departments to be rewarded after participating in voluntary services activities, etc. have no influence on college students’ participation in voluntary services activities. The last part of this paper, in view of the factors influencing college students to participate in voluntary services, based on the status quo of Chinese government, universities and college students’ self, meanwhile, actively referencing the experience of voluntary services incentive mechanism form both here and abroad, put forward the policies and suggestions to establish and perfect the incentive mechanism of college students’ voluntary services.The results of this page hope to provide some references for other scholars, and to provide a theoretical reference for the relevant departments formulating policies, in order to better promote the development of the career of college students’ voluntary services.
