After years of information construction,there is a certain informatization foundation in transportation,and its application has basically covered all business management fields.However,as the development of traffic informatization is a gradual process,many informatization construction projects are undertaken by different developers in different periods.Because of the traditional business management block segmentation and the lag of the construction of informatization standards,the development of traffic informatization is restricted and affected by many factors such as understanding,system,technology and mechanism.This results in the relative isolation and dispersion of information systems in different business areas and regions,forming many data islands.Due to the lack of correlation and comprehensive utilization of traffic information resources,the cooperation ability between business systems is weak,and the development and utilization of accumulated data is limited.At present,it can no longer provide support and guarantee for leading scientific decision-making and implementing effective industry supervision at a higher level,and provide effective information service for the public.This paper takes the cross-domain collaborative command task of the transportation industry in S province as the research object,analyzes the current situation of information construction and data governance,and analyzes the task demand of cross-domain collaborative command task in combination with the actual situation,as well as the online work mode and offline work mode.In the process of process analysis,ESIA analysis and critical path analysis are used to locate the main problems in the process.After classifying the problems,the design ideas of optimizing the process are put forward,including clearing the communication activities,simplifying the process activities,integrating similar activities and automating the human activities.Then this paper studied the process optimization strategy,and put forward several technical means such as cross-domain data resource directory,task data management and task collaborative analysis tool to satisfy the optimization design of key links.And then,through the analysis of the process optimization results and task examples,the feasibility of the optimization design and the optimization strategy is verified.In the end,this paper summarizes and prospects the optimization strategy of crossdomain cooperative command task in the transportation industry,and points out the generality and technology expansion capability of the strategy.The design idea of the optimization strategy in this paper can be transplanted in other fields,and can be combined with the latest technology to play a greater role.
