With advances in information technology,the development of globalization,global enterprises from all countries are exploring ways to adapt to the situation development,improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and market competitiveness.As a government department,we should also improve our work efficiency in accordance with the changes in the political and economic situation and the transformation of government functions.Therefore,the performance appraisal and evaluation of government departments play a vital role in improving the performance of government departments and become one of the important measures.The CPC central committee attaches great importance to the party to build a clean government and anti-corruption work,as a discipline inspection at all levels of the organization to carry out the anti-corruption work,needs the involvement of different areas and industries,the work of the geographical scope is wide,so the requirements for their own ability to work and also higher.The research object of this article is DY district town street performance evaluation situation of discipline inspection work,we through the field research,in the region town streets discipline inspection work has investigated the status quo of performance evaluation,analysis of existing problems,and don’t think roughly the content of the evaluation index elaboration,unscientific evaluation method,the problems such as the evaluation results of improper use.Accordingly put forward some improvement measures,and using questionnaire,expert interview,quantitative and qualitative analysis method is a scientific and effective method to design the performance evaluation system of the town streets,in the process of doing the job,given the performance management theory should be combined with a special discipline inspection work,not from theory to practice,and puts forward the performance evaluation system design of new ideas.Finally,this paper puts forward some supporting measures,such as paying attention to the selection and supervision of evaluators,increasing the application of e-government,strengthening information feedback and communication,and ensuring the smooth implementation of the evaluation scheme.The paper aimed at the local discipline inspection work of performance evaluation have good role in promoting,in order to establish the region town streets discipline inspection work performance evaluation method,has a certain reference significance.
