A Study On The Influencing Factors Of County Political Ecology

The Chinese Communist Party has always attached importance to the construction of political ecology.As early as the new period of reform and opening up,the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party summed up the historical lessons of the "cultural revolution",formulated "Several Guidelines on Party Life",which played an important role in restoring and improving party political life and advancing the party's ecological construction.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has further taken the construction of political ecology as an important part of administering the Party strictly and comprehensively,and has issued a series of "Regulations on the Political Life of the Party in the New Situation" and a series of regulations that regulate the construction of political ecology within the party system,carry out the party's mass line education and practice activities,the special education of ‘three stricts and three realities',‘two studies,one doing' study and education,and “the theme of not forgetting the beginning and remembering the mission”,etc.,and vigorously promote the comprehensive extension from the party to the grassroots.Improving the quality of the county's political ecology is the key to implementing a comprehensive and strict party strategy.The construction of political ecology at the grassroots level,especially the quality of political ecology at the county level,is the most basic link related to the overall political ecology.Therefore,strengthening the research on the construction of county-level political ecology and deepening its influencing factors is of great significance for deepening the practice of county-level political ecology,improving the quality of county-level political ecology,and advancing the modernization of national governance systems and capabilities.This article takes the X District of Yibin City,Sichuan Province as the research object,and adopts the research method of combining questionnaire surveys and field interviews to carry out an investigation and research on the theme of “Creating an excellent county political ecology”.In the context of "comprehensive purification of political ecology within the party",this article focuses on the main influential factors of county-level political ecology.Based on theoretical research,a theoretical model of influential factors of county-level political ecology is proposed,and on the basis of empirical test of the model It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the county's political ecological quality.Specifically,this article consists of five parts,the main contents are as follows:The first part mainly expounds the research background,purpose and significance of this article,and systematically sorts out the main content,methods and ideas of the research to clarify the research focus and logical framework of this article.The second part systematically sorts out the concept,literature review and theoretical basis of the county's political ecology.First,the core concepts of "political ecology" and "country-level political ecology" are analyzed to clarify the research object and scope.Secondly,with the help of bibliometric software citespace system,the related researches on "political ecological influencing factors" and "country political ecological influencing factors" are sorted out at home and abroad.Finally,the relevant supporting theory and theoretical structure of this paper are determined,and the ecosystem theory,political system theory,and political ecology theory are determined as the theoretical guidance for this research.Based on the review of domestic and foreign research and related theoretical support,the theoretical framework of the factors affecting the county's political ecology is proposed.The third part explores and constructs the model of the influence factors of the county's political ecology.Based on the existing literature results,a theoretical model of influencing factors is constructed,and the research hypothesis of the theoretical model is proposed.That is to say,the county's political ecology will be affected by six factors: cultural factors,membership factors,process factors,institutional factors,supervision factors,and environmental factors.At the same time,based on the system structure of county-level political ecology proposed earlier,the theoretical framework of the influential factors of county-level political ecology is proposed.Finally,based on the proposed research hypothesis and theoretical framework,a structural equation model maximum likelihood method is used to construct a hypothetical model,and a reasonable explanation is made for the selection of samples and variables.The fourth part is practical exploration and model checking.This chapter demonstrates whether the theoretical model is consistent with the actual situation from a quantitative perspective.By analyzing the current status of the surveyed objects,the empirical survey data in the X area is introduced to verify the model and further verify the intermediary effect,in order to obtain the final path model.The verification results show that supervision factors and member factors have a direct impact on the county's political ecology,and cultural factors,process factors,institutional factors,and environmental factors have an indirect impact on the county's political ecology.In this process,member factors,process factors,supervisory factors,institutional factors,and environmental factors act as intermediary variables to produce intermediary effects,which provide empirical evidence for the path analysis of improving the political ecological quality of counties.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to effectively improve the quality of the county's political ecology.Based on the results of empirical research,countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the quality of political ecology in counties are put forward.Including making full use of the political and cultural advantages at the grassroots level,promoting the standardized operation of grassroots cadre power,effectively improving the quality of political life within the party,improving the effectiveness of the party's laws and regulations,integrating and optimizing the party's supervision system,and building harmonious political relations between the party and outside,in order to create an excellent political ecology will improve the political ecological quality of the county.
