The Suqian Government's Support To Rural Commercial Bank's Financial Poverty Alleviation Work On The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Targeted poverty alleviation and rural economic revitalization is a major strategic measure for China's rural development.The next three years will be a crucial period for China to lift itself out of poverty.It is also an important special period for China to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.As one of the important financial institutions in China's rural economic development,rural commercial bank plays an important role and shoulders important responsibilities and missions in the process of promoting China's rural poverty alleviation and rural economic revitalization.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to correctly understand and grasp the relationship between poverty alleviation and rural economic revitalization for rural commercial Banks to support the implementation of these two strategies and further enhance their ability to provide policy-based financial services supporting the implementation of major national strategies.Based on the background of rural revitalization to Suqian government as the research object,on the basis of the review of present situation of domestic and foreign related research,as a public service theory,and the theory of rural financial system theory relationship between government and enterprises and related theory as the basis,surrounding the city government of Suqian agri-businesses financial poverty alleviation work of support for the study of concrete.The results are as follows.Although the Suqian bank financial poverty alleviation,the comprehensive development of pillar industries,supporting the construction of key projects and support the villagers' production and living,etc.,made more obvious results,however,Suqian government in the bank financial support for poverty alleviation,there are "target transformation","efficiency loss" and "sustainability" and other issues,this is not conducive to Suqian bank precision for the further development of financial poverty alleviation work.In Suqian city government,the cause of the problems of bank support lies mainly in the city's financial poverty relief system of laws and regulations,the system is not sound,lack of financial risk prevention mechanism for poverty alleviation and financial poverty alleviation lack benign competition in the market mechanism and government supporting policy support dynamics is insufficient and so on,therefore,Suqian government financial poverty alleviation work for the city bank,should strive to overcome the deficiency existing in these aspects.Under the background of rural revitalization,want to strengthen the government's support of bank financial poverty alleviation work,you need to do a good job in the following aspects of the first is to further improve the internal and external conditions for the sustainable development of rural financial poverty alleviation,the second is the need to strengthen risk prevention mechanism,again is to reconstruct market competition mechanism,the last is the need to reconstruct the boundary between the government and the market.
