An Empirical Study Of Rural Spiritual Poverty Alleviation In The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

China is currently in a historic decisive battle for poverty alleviation,and the spirit of poverty alleviation is naturally at a crucial stage in tackling the difficulties.With the continuous advancement of poverty alleviation and work,the Central Document,Opinions on Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy"put forward higher and newer requirements for the current fight against poverty.Among them,the revitalization of rural civilization and effective grassroots governance all point to the same core issue.-The spirit of farmers in poverty-stricken areas is out of poverty.This plays a pivotal role in getting rid of poverty in poor areas or in revitalizing rural areas.Rural poverty-stricken groups are not only helpless targets for poverty alleviation,but also the main force for building a well-off society in an all-round way.Therefore,by building spiritual civilization,poverty alleviation,and improving grassroots governance mechanisms,rural poor groups can help ideological motivation,mobilize behavioral vitality,and promote governance,Heli is the key to winning the battle against poverty.This paper takes the poverty alleviation practice of several counties and villages in Zhangjiakou City,Hebei Province as a research sample,and discusses the problems and causes of poverty alleviation in rural poverty groups and proposes solutions.The rural mental poverty is mainly manifested in the poverty-stricken group's initiative to get rid of poverty,the lack of self-development ability and the selective governance crisis at the grassroots level.There are three main reasons:the traditional small-scale peasant economy,long-term poverty and closed rural environment.The"poverty culture"makes the rural poor groups lack the enthusiasm and initiative to get rid of poverty;due to the low level of cultural education in poverty-stricken areas,insufficient moral education,and low effectiveness of belief education,the rural poor groups lack rationality and continuity of poverty alleviation;The governance model and the limitations of the imperfect grassroots governance mechanism,the rural poverty alleviation work lacks integrity and synergy.Taking the Central Document"Opinions on Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy"as the guidance document,the principle of "Rural Revitalization,Rural Civilization is Guarantee" and "Village Revitalization,Governance Effectiveness is the Basis"in the "Opinions" Three paths are proposed:taking socialist core values as the guide,taking China's excellent traditional culture as the foundation,focusing on advanced typical model education,stimulating the ideological driving force for rural poor groups to get rid of poverty;enriching the content of cultural education and deepening the creation of mass spiritual civilization Activities,focusing on the combination of spiritual incentives and material encouragement,enhancing the behavioral vitality of poverty-stricken groups in poverty-stricken rural areas;giving play to the role of the fighting bastion of grass-roots party organizations,giving play to the role of the grassroots mass autonomous organizations,and playing the role of the rule of law culture to form a rural The combination of poverty alleviation and poverty-stricken areas.Therefore,to help the rural poor to achieve spiritual poverty.
