Research On Practice Of Huai'an Government Service Enterprises

At the fifth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee in 2015,President Xi Jinping put forward five development concepts,including innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing.Xi stressed that innovation is an important aspect of China's overall development.Innovation promotes the progress of the society,but from the perspective of the relationship between the government and enterprises,innovation is an important entry point to release the vitality of enterprises and promote the economic development of this region.To integrate the concept of innovative development into the process of government service enterprises,Internet technology,big data application and other information technology means are crucial.The fifth plenary session of the 18 th central committee proposed to build a strong network,make full use of the role of the Internet.Therefore,it is an inevitable requirement to build a service-oriented government and shorten the relationship between government and enterprise by means of Internet technology innovation and service enterprises.The government should adapt itself to the demands of The Times and realize its own development by applying new technologies and improving the governance system.This study takes huai 'an municipal government service enterprises as the main content.As the hometown of premier zhou enlai,the economic development of huai 'an city is concerned by people from all walks of life.Therefore,it is of great significance for huai 'an municipal enterprise service to reach a higher level and maintain high-quality development.Through the research and analysis of policy innovation,service innovation,mechanism innovation and judicial innovation,the research structure of the current situation,problems and countermeasures is determined.This paper makes a statistical comparative study on the development data and innovation service measures of enterprises in huai 'an city in recent years,analyzes the problems,analyzes the countermeasures,and puts forward constructive Suggestions and Suggestions.The main conclusions of this paper include: although huai 'an city has launched a lot of measures in the service enterprises,it has also won the praise of the entrepreneurs.However,in the implementation of specific measures,there are still the following areas worthy of improvement: first,the policy interpretation is not indepth,the implementation process is less flexible,it is suggested to strengthen the multimedia policy publicity,strengthen policy support,flexible implementation of policy guidelines;Second,the government service is not responsible,information sharing between departments is insufficient,it is suggested to establish integration and open thinking,further emancipate the mind;Third,there are still small obstacles to the development of enterprises in the market environment.It is suggested to strengthen market supervision and improve the legal talent mechanism.Fourth,the administrative law enforcement may be rough,Suggestions to improve the quality of service,strengthen the supervision mechanism.This paper has 5 figure,4 tables,and 58 references.
