Study On Legal Person Supervision System Of Public Institutions In Tongshan District,Xuzhou

The supervision of Legal Persons in public institutions in Xuzhou Tongshan District is an important part of the establishment of institutions in the region.In addition to the large base of public institutions in the region,92% of them are registered(for the record)as legal persons.In recent years,Xuzhou Tongshan District has made some achievements in the supervision of legal persons in public institutions,but there are also many outstanding problems.From the perspective of system,this paper is based on the regional reality of Tongshan District,Xuzhou.It is embedded with a summary of practice,deeply explores the problems and analyzes the causes of the problems,and then puts forward corresponding optimized countermeasures in accordance with reality In order to make up for the shortcomings of the current system,is conducive to give full play to the advantages of institutions,institutions in the region to enhance the effectiveness of corporate supervision,is more conducive to promoting the overall social harmony and stability.Through the collection and arrangement of a large number of documents,the basic concept of the institution Legal Person Supervision System is defined,on this basis,the basic contents of institutional legal person supervision system are expounded from three aspects: Internal Supervision System,external supervision system and comprehensive supervision system.Based on the theories of public governance,principal-agent Theory and Public Management Ethics,this paper sets forth the development course of legal person supervision system in China and Tongshan District,it also classifies the "joy" and "worry" of the current regulation system of legal persons in public institutions in Tongshan District,and summarizes the effectiveness and problems of the regulation system of legal persons in public institutions in Tongshan District,the main problems include the difficulty of cancellation registration,the weak implementation of administrative punishment,the weak power of administrative law enforcement,the insufficient innovation and application of supervision means,the ineffective operation of the comprehensive security system and the imperfect coordination mechanism of various departments.From the angle of system design and implementation,combined with work practice,this paper analyzes the specific reasons for the problems existing in the legal person supervision system of public institutions in Tongshan District.In the light of the new deployment and new requirements for the supervision of Legal Persons in public institutions in the new era,adhering to the principle of keeping pace with thetimes,this paper puts forward corresponding optimized countermeasures,and provides some pertinent and feasible suggestions for the supervision of legal persons in public institutions in Tongshan District,at the same time,it also provides some reference for the institution legal person supervision work.
