Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of The Normalized Management Of T District Street Civilized City In Tongshan District

National civilized city,as a yardstick to measure the social construction of a county or city,the ultimate goal is to worship morality and be good,profound culture,harmonious and livable,and people’s satisfaction.The changes brought about by the creation of civilized cities are obvious,and many of the results are undeniable in the short-term governance.How to achieve the long-term effect is the significance of this paper.Creation is only the foundation,and normalization is the goal.First of all,this paper puts forward the question that this article wants to discuss is the status quo and countermeasure research of normal management of civilized city in grass-roots area.Based on the relevant researches at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the current situation of the construction of T street civilized city in Tongshan District from the overview of civilized city and evaluation elements.Secondly,through the shortcomings of the three-year reinspection of T street civilized city in Tongshan District,four difficulties in the future normalized management breakthrough of T street in Tongshan District are identified.Again,the causes of practical difficulties in the normal management of T street civilized city in Tongshan District are analyzed from four constraints: government management system,regional economic level,regional native culture and internal driving force.Finally,through field investigation and analysis of the causes,five mechanisms to improve the normal management of the national civilized city of Tongshan District T street creative culture are put forward: the normal management concept mechanism,the cooperative subject diversification mechanism,the demonstration cultural literacy mechanism,the public service system mechanism,the normal assessment and supervision mechanism.The research results give a positive evaluation on the establishment of T street civilized city in Tongshan District,but the future normal management will face many problems: The lack of legal construction,lack of public cultural facilities,loopholes and blind spots in the governance of environmental order,weak modern economic system,insufficient supply of culture,education and health at the grass-roots level,and not deep cultivation of public civilization,these challenges are different from the founding period,which requires regional subjects to establish a complete set of management system to cope with the many difficulties of normal management.
