The institution is an important part of China's economic and social development.The rapid development of the economic society puts forward more strict requirements on the national management system of institutions.Enhancing the institution internal management level has great effect on promoting the healthy development of the institution.It has formed a performance appraisal system of the existing institutions in L district Y city after several years of practice,but there are still many problems in the process of implementation.Therefore,the optimization of the system to ensure the scientific and reasonable performance evaluation is an important problem to be solved..This paper is divided into 6 chapters.The first chapter mainly explains the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad and the research ideas,methods and technical route.The second chapter introduces the basic theory and related main concepts.The third chapter introduces the L institutions the general situationiutions in L district Y city and the current performance appraisal system,analyzes the existing system the problems,and explores the causes of the problems.The fourth chapter puts forward the institutions performance appraisal system optimization in L district Y city,based on the analysis of the problem,including the index design and verification,standardizing the assessment process and using the results.The fifth chapter expounds the safeguard measures of institution performance assessment optimization scheme in L district Y city.The innovation of this paper lies in: Firstly,it finds the problems in the performance appraisal system of the public institutions in L district Y City through the use of the classical theory,on the basis of combing the latest theoretical research results.Secondly,it presents performance appraisal system optimization scheme and the scheme of security measures,including setting and verification,index standardize assessment process and results application,leadership and organizational security,financial and cultural security,combined with the actual work and the related data.These research results provide a reference value for the performance evaluation of other regional institutions.
