With thousands of years of farming civilization of China, the land problemhas always been attached great importance by the rulers of all dynasties, the newdemocratic revolution led by the communist party of China as well. In theliberation war, in order to make the broad masses of farmers to support for thewar of liberation, to liberate the productivity in the countryside, the centralcommittee of the communist party of China changed the policies fromweakening the feudal exploitation policy to abolishing the feudal exploitation,successively promulgated the "May4th instructions","China’s land law outline"and so on a series of policies to solve the problem of farmers’ land, to guide theliberated areas of land reform movement. Then, under the leadership of thecommunist party, huge land reform movement gradually spread in the liberatedareas. The liberated areas masses in the organization of the local party membersand cadres got the land through the way of reducing the rent and lowering the interest. Land reform movement, destroyed the feudal land system, the ruralproductivity was freed, the rural economy development. At the same time, theland of the people join the army, support the war, actively cooperate with thepeople’s liberation army (PLA) in self-defense war of liberation, to defend theliberated areas, guarantee the people’s war of liberation victory. Late in the landreform movement, there were the "left" errors in some parts, appeared somedisorderly and confused phenomenon, however, after the awareness of theseriousness of this problem, the central committee of the communist party ofChina conducted timely rectification, as a result of the rectification, the victoryof the war of national liberation had the solid basis.As the directly territory of shanxi-hebei-shandong-henan area liberatedareas, the Tai hang area was established in the Anti-Japanese War, in the war ofliberation period get to grow up, and to the eve of the founding of the new china,was ordered to withdraw. During the period of Anti-Japanese War, in order tomobilize the enthusiasm of the people for resistance of social each stratums, andunite the masses through serious hard times, the Tai hang area according to theinstructions of the central committee of the communist party of China carried ona large scale sports of reducing rent and lowing the interest. Enter the liberationwar period, in order to achieve the goal of land to the tiller, on the basis of thesports of reducing rent and lowing the interest, Tai hang liberated areas madeextensive land reform movement. This will not only enable the broad masses offarmers to achieve the land, but also turn to do the master, and has played a positive role to the victory of war of liberation. This period of land reformmovement, though in the execution of some of the "left" mistakes, the Tai hangparty committee keep up with the pace of the central committee of thecommunist party of China, actively carry out the spirit of the central committeeof the communist party of China, try to correct mistakes, finally successfullycompleted the task and goal of the reform of land. The Tai hang area land reformexperience in general is relatively complete and mature.Based on the related results of the Tai hang area, the author found that thosematerial focuses on some typical villages and towns in the area of research, ordabbles in the relationship between the land reform and the Party reorganizedmovement, lack of an overall understanding and analysis for land reform. Inaddition, the research method is still single. Based on this, this article on thebasis of collect a large number of documents, the author was going to use themethod of quantitative analysis of the Tai hang area to generalize andsummarize the overall land reform, in order to achieve the effect of gleaning.
