Practical Research On Land Reform In Baicheng During The War Of Liberation

During the war of liberation,the northeast region became an important area contested by the kuomintang and the communist party.Baicheng was located in the liaoji provincial party committee at that time,which had a very important political and military strategic position.Therefore,the establishment of a revolutionary base in the Baicheng area is an advantageous condition for the victory of the communist party of China in the war of liberation.The establishment of Baicheng base area should be based on the land problem.Whether it can solve the basic needs of the majority of the people,especially the farmers,is the key to determine whether the CPC can successfully establish the base area.Therefore,it is of great significance to deeply study the practice of land reform in Baicheng during the war of liberation.Firstly,the paper analyzes the background of the land reform in Baicheng during the war of liberation,the unreasonable relation of land possession and the people's urgent need for land.Secondly,it expounds the practical process of the land reform movement in Baicheng during the war of liberation,which is mainly divided into three stages: the initial stage,according to the "may fourth directive" to carry out the liquidation of sub-land struggle;In the deep stage,the movement of cutting and digging was carried out to solve the problem of "cooking rice with rice".At the end of the stage,according to the outline of the land law of China,the campaign to divide the land equally will be carried out.Finally,the paper analyzes the historical function and contemporary enlightenment of the land reform in Baicheng during the war of liberation.This paper analyzes its historical role from four aspects: farmers' enthusiasm,party organization construction,mass culture and education,and the northeast liberation war,and expounds enlightenment from adhering to the leadership of the communist party of China,putting the interests of farmers in the first place,and formulating policies conforming to the development of The Times.Through this research,the author expects to fill in the blank of the research on the land reform in Baicheng during the war of liberation,deepen the historical connotation of the land reform movement,and analyze its historical role in the agriculture and social development of Baicheng in the new era.
