Analysis Of School Bullying From The Perspective Of Law

As the frontier of opening up,There are great differences in the way of life and concept in Guangzhou,and bullying often occurs on school,which once again arouses the public's attention to the safety of school.School bullying,based on its aggressiveness,violence and harmfulness,has caused a considerable degree of negative impact in the society,which has become the focus of social attention in recent years.The society's understanding of bullying is gradually diversified,and the specific behavior of bullying is also undergoing new changes.At present,the scale and degree of campus bullying for minors are deepening,and the form of expression is becoming more and more complex.We must pay enough attention to it.Bullying on school has seriously threatened the safety of the campus and even the society,which has a serious harm to the physical and mental health of teachers and students.From the perspective of law,this paper analyzes the cases of school bullying in Haizhu District,Guangzhou,carries out research,deconstructs or reflects on the problem of school bullying,discusses the definition of the concept of school bullying,the analysis of the current situation of school bullying in Haizhu District,Guangzhou,and the measures to deal with the crime of school bullying in criminal law of China,and the paper puts forward the regulation path and measures that should be taken in the criminal law governance of school bullying.
