With the continuous development of China's marine industry and the gradual deepening of regional economic integration,the marine cooperation between China and some ASEAN countries has been upgraded,and has shown the characteristics of multi fields,all aspects and deep level.At present,the situation at home and abroad has undergone profound changes.There are some problems in the maritime cooperation between China and ASEAN,which is in a platform period of urgent breakthrough.Under this situation,China proposed "21 The strategic concept of the21 st century Maritime Silk Road is a Chinese wisdom bred from the ancient maritime Silk Road of China,and a Chinese plan submitted in the face of the changing international situation.Based on the theory of regional cooperation and taking the 21 st century Maritime Silk Road as the starting point,this paper takes the maritime cooperation between China and ASEAN as the main line,first of all,expounds the significance of further deepening the maritime cooperation between the two sides,which is mainly conducive to the construction of China ASEAN Community of common destiny,the struggle for the maritime interests of both sides,the security of the Asian sea area and the maintenance of the international maritime order Secondly,it elaborates the current situation of maritime cooperation between China and ASEAN,mainly from the aspects of marine economy,science and technology and non-traditional security cooperation;and then it analyzes the difficulties faced by China ASEAN in further maritime cooperation: some Southeast Asian countries pursue the "great power balance strategy" and intend to introduce foreign forces to achieve the purpose of balancing China In order to grab more benefits and curb China's development,some foreign powers have been constantly involved in maritime cooperation between China and ASEAN,which are obstacles for China to enhance its influence in Southeast Asia.Due to the strategic position of the South China Sea and rich marine resources,some South China Sea claimants are even more reluctant The change of the situation in the South China Sea also affects the cooperation between China and ASEAN.The two sides also face the reality that the level of cooperation is not high.Finally,in view of these problems and dilemmas,some suggestions are put forward in this paper,such as,China should unswervingly develop strategic partnership with ASEAN,enhance strategic and political mutual trust between the two sides,constantly improve infrastructure construction,and at the same time,continue to increase investment in cooperation between coastal provinces and ASEAN,and promote various forces,enhance cultural identity between China and ASEAN countries,and strengthen Cultural exchange,etc.
