Mental Pension For The Elderly In Dalian From The Perspective Of The Difference Pattern Research On Service System Construction

In recent years,Dalian has made many achievements in the development of old-age care,and various typical old-age care models have been recognized by various circles.However,the mental elderly care service is still in the development stage.The main contradiction is the balance between supply and demand,that is,the contradiction between the real needs of the elderly in the spiritual care and the services provided by the main body.Therefore,how to ensure the balance between supply and demand in the process of spiritual pensions;how to ensure that the multiple subjects of service supply can cooperate with and serve the elderly well,has become the key to the successful realization of the elderly’s spiritual pension.This study builds the theoretical framework of the Dalian Mental Elderly Care System based on the differential order pattern theory by reading the literature and interviews with experts,and develops the Mental Elderly Questionnaire based on this.Through a questionnaire survey of 531 elderly people in Dalian over 60 years of age,the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were investigated using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,and the dimensions of mental elderly care services were established.Diversified subjects such as society,community,social organization,family,etc.,corresponding to the individual,blood,geographical,and business levels of the theory of the differential order pattern,using literature analysis,survey data analysis,and other methods to discover the elderly’s mental elderly care needs and mentality Weaknesses in old-age services,analyze the reasons for the problems,and propose countermeasures to improve the construction of Dalian’s spiritual old-age service system based on the existing problems.First,at the personal level,raise the elderly’s awareness of spiritual self-support and increase their participation in the political life;second,at the blood level,pay attention to the elderly’s emotional needs,and children and juniors should give the elderly the greatest respect;third,at the geographical level,neighbors Provide "warmth" services from time to time,increase professional spiritual care services from the community and social organization level;Fourth,create a good environment and atmosphere at the industry level,strengthen the culture of "filial piety",improve laws and regulations related to spiritual care,and use new media to create suitable services Entertainment programs for the elderly.
