A Study On The Spiritual Life Of The Elderly In The Pension Institution

With the aging of our country's population growing,the miniaturization of the family and the enlargement of the empty nest,the rising demand level of the pension service,makes the traditional family pension model difficult to maintain,more and more old people choose institution for old-age care.Institution for old-age care as an important part of the social pension service system,play a supporting role in the development of social pension services.However,due to the Chinese pension institution appeared relatively late,the existing practice of developing also exist such as the obvious contradiction between supply and demand,service content to be improved and other issues,especially in the past too poor for a long time,the elderly material life problems more likely to get attention,and spiritual life problems are easily overlooked.But,in the present and future,China's residents income growth faster,material life to enhance the larger,the focus of the elderly will be dominated by material life,and gradually turned to spiritual life.Therefore,the spiritual life of the elderly in the pension institution,especially its spiritual life satisfaction and its influencing factors will become the focus of the theory and reality workers.Based on the status of spiritual life of the elderly in Tai'an City pension institution in shandong province,this paper aims to improve the spiritual life satisfaction of the elderly in Tai'an City pension institution.On the basis of literature review,field research,expert visits,according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,social embedded theory,social mobilization theory,advantage perspective theory and welfare pluralism and other related theory,comprehensive uses the system analysis,statistical analysis,econometric analysis,structural analysis and other methods focus on the theoretical basis,the relevant situation analysis,descriptive statistics,satisfaction analysis,countermeasures recommendations 5 aspects,empirical study of Tai'an City pension institutions elderly spiritual life related issues.
