Research On Spiritual Old-age Pension Of Empty-nest Elders In Rural Areas Of China

After China implemented reform and opening up,the economy achieved leap-forward development,culture,politics and other aspects have undergone significant changes.The pace of urbanization is increasing,and the gap between cities and villages is gradually widening.The result of unreasonable allocation of resources is that more and more young people in rural areas migrate to cities.These people either go to work or go to school,resulting in the original family structure of large family cohabitation pattern.Towards decentralized development,the number of nuclear families is increasing day by day,resulting in a new family structure,namely "empty nest family",and its number has shown a growing trend in recent years.Because the old people in the family have been accustomed to the family life style of large families,and now their children can't stay with the elderly for a long time,even if the material needs are met,the spiritual needs of the old people are often difficult to meet,which will lead to loneliness of the rural empty nest elderly,It has seriously affected physical and mental health and has also caused some social problems.With the aggravation of population aging and the increasing number of empty-nest families in China,the problem of spiritual old-age support for empty-nest elderly will become an important part of the old-age work in the future.This research topic discusses and analyzes the mental old-age problem of the empty nesters.Taking A County of Shanxi Province as the research area,this paper combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,investigates the basic situation of spiritual endowment of empty-nest elderly in rural areas in this area through questionnaires and field interviews,collates and analyses the survey results and data,and concludes from the contradiction between supply and demand of spiritual endowment that empty-nest elderly in rural areas have spiritual and cultural monotony,produce serious loneliness and loneliness,and other spiritual endow Problem.Subsequently,from the personal,family and social aspects,it specifically analyzed the reasons for the problems of spiritual endowment for the elderly.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems existing in the spiritual old-age support of empty nesters in rural areas.Firstly,we should improve the spiritual self-support level of empty-nest elderly in rural areas,secondly,we should strengthen the children's care for empty-nest elderly in rural areas,thirdly,we should give full play to the support role of grass-roots organizations such as village committees,and finally accelerate the return of government responsibility.I hope that through these four efforts to alleviate the spiritual pension problems of rural empty nesters,ensure that empty nesters can enjoy their old age.
