Study On The Coordination Degree Of Regional Population-Economic-Social Development

Taking 34 prefecture-level cities in the three northeastern provinces as the research object,three time nodes of 2010,2015 and 2017 are selected,and the development index evaluation formula based on the principal component analysis method is used to develop the population,economy and society of the prefecture-level cities in the Northeast Detailed analysis of the index and its spatial distribution.Based on the development index of each subsystem,the coupling coordination degree model method is used to measure the coupling coordination degree and comprehensive development index of the population-economic-social(PES)system and each binary subsystem,and finally use Arc GIS software to visualize and The comprehensive standard deviation ellipse method is used to analyze the evolution characteristics and formation mechanism of the spatio-temporal pattern of the coupled and coordinated development of the population-economic-social(PES)system in Northeast China.The results show that the population,economy,and social system development in Northeast China is still at a low-level development stage from 2010 to 2017,and there are obvious development differences between the systems.The development level of the population system is significantly better than that of the economic and social systems.The change range of the economic system is significantly smaller than that of the population and social systems.The economic development has a significant driving effect on population and social development.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the population,economy,and social development of the three northeastern provinces have unbalanced development characteristics,and have experienced a dynamic change process in which the south focuses on the dual core of south and north.Regions with relatively high levels of population,economy,and social system development are mainly distributed in the Liaozhongnan urban agglomeration and the Kazakh urban agglomeration along the belt-shaped area along the Kazakhstan-Dalian line.The areas with relatively low population,economic and social development are mainly divided into the northeast border of the northeast and the interprovincial border of the west.The resonance effect between the development of population,economy and social systems in Northeast China is obvious,and the resonance between the economic system and other systems is stronger.Although the development level of the PES system in the Northeast region was low from 2010 to 2015,it has improved significantly.The implementation of theNortheast Revitalization Strategy has achieved initial results,but the gap between the comprehensive development of developed cities and regional fringe cities has increased.The PES system development index declined in 2015-2017,and the regional development structure is being led by the development pole of Liaoning Province,especially the central and southern urban agglomerations in Liaoning,and gradually shifted to the development pattern of "North and South Peaks".It shows that with the implementation of the “Belt and Road” strategy,the open development of cities and regions in the north of the Northeast region has driven the overall development strength of the region.From 2010 to 2017,the Northeast region was in a transitional stage from dysregulation to coordinated development,and the overall coordination degree of the system was maintained.Although it is still in a mild developmental imbalance,the coordination situation is slowly improving.The coupling coordination degree of the binary system has changed in different degrees from 2010 to 2017,and the overall situation is in a slight imbalance.The trend of the spatial distribution of coordinated development changes from the economic distribution to the central and southern urban agglomeration of Liaoning-the urban agglomeration of central and eastern Jilin to the agglomeration distribution trend.Finally,according to the research results combined with the development status of Northeast China,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the high-quality and coordinated development of Northeast China.
