As my country's urbanization process continues to accelerate,landless farmers continue to emerge,and how landless farmers adapt to rapid urbanization has become a major practical issue in promoting the healthy and sustainable development of urbanization and maintaining social harmony and stability.Through reviewing the literature and investigation,it is found that the landless farmers have a disorder of self-identity.At the same time,the field of social work services is gradually expanding in depth,and its professional assistance methods are playing an increasingly important role in the field of floating population groups.Based on this,this article takes C city C community as a research case,combined with a questionnaire survey and interviews with landless farmers,summarizes and summarizes the status of self-identity of this group in the process of urbanization,and finds that landless farmers face immediate hukou The change does not bring about an immediate change in behavior,and there are some inadequacies,mainly manifested in the sense of absence and alienation brought by the change in identity,the sense of imbalance and anxiety brought about by the change in production mode,and the change in the way of communication.The sense of loss and inconvenience,the sense of powerlessness and discomfort caused by the changes in consumption patterns.And from two aspects of individual and society analysis,it is concluded that the deep-rooted local memory,the crisis of trust in space conversion,and the insufficient support of the government,urban residents,and news media affect the unfitness of landless farmers.On this basis,we explored the possibility and applicable model of social work involved in the improvement of self-identity of landless peasants,and carried out practical activities of a group composed of modules such as role exchange,sharing and sharing and collaborative cooperation,and volunteer service for ten landless peasants,and found that land loss After the intervention of the group,the farmers' self-identity has improved to a certain extent,but at the same time there are certain limitations.One is the positive evaluation of others,the affirmation and trust,and the individual's successful experience to promote self-identification.Second,the self-determination of the client responded to the self-identity and emphasized the importance of the individual,reflecting the respect for the team members.Only when the team members are respected will they have a good sense of self.The third is the adaptation to the new environment,which can promote the formation of new habits through the establishment of new rules and regulations and long-term adherence.Combined with the reality,it puts forward suggestions to strengthen cultural construction to reverse the lifestyle and values of land-lost farmers,help land-lost farmers to establish a good social support network,and assist land-lost farmers to actively adjustthemselves.
