Research On The Path Of Community Work In Women's Anti-Domestic Violence

With the promulgation of the "Anti-Domestic Violence Law of the People's Republic of China",the anti-domestic violence problem of those women who suffer violence has been given more attention.Social Work is a professional working method which playing an important role in this issue.At present,the anti-domestic violence mission is mainly led by the Women's Federation,the public security and the related departments.The Women's Federation has provided service-oriented guidance and financial support.It will make social work services rooted in the community,and it will also support organizations to explore the path of related work through biddingFirstly,analyzing the current community situation and the phenomenon of anti-domestic violence in the community.It found that the community residents had difficulties in concept,knowledge,social support,domestic violence treatment and talent team.Secondly,in view of the specific predicament,individual construction and environmental construction were discussed.Concerning subject construction,enhance the awareness and skill of the service object and strengthen individual communications within social networks;In terms of environment construction,build a comprehensive processing platform,cultivate talent teams and increase the gender equality consciousnesss.Thirdly,assessing the intervention effect of this practice.The evaluation suggested that the satisfaction of the client were high,and the project effectively improved the community's awareness of domestic violence,the solutions to abused women problem,and the construction of anti-domestic violence environment.Then,the study analyzed the achievements and shortcomings of the community work in anti-domestic violence problem.The practical results are mainly reflected in the aspects of service content,resource integration,talent team building and experience mode.The shortcomings of practice include not only the number of service personnel in the practical process,support network construction,talent team training and community advocacy,but also lack of exploration in terms of the practice of injuring people,protection of witnessing members in domestic violence,coordination of police departments,court jury and legal system.Finally,according to the achievements and shortcomings of practice and the successful experience of anti-domestic violence in other regions,combined with the law,system and social consciousness in China,suggestions on community work involved in women's anti-domestic violence are put forward:on individual level-focusing on the victims and strengthening the capacity building of the subject;on interpersonal level-focusing on actors and building a rescue service network;on community level-using the community as a platform,deepening gender culture publicity and supplementing institutionalized services.It is hoped that through the discussion of the project's practical path,we will accumulate experience for the institutionalized community work intervention in the future.
