Research On Community Services For Persons With Disabilities Under The "3E" Intervention Strategy

The disabled group is the most vulnerable group in China.Due to the limitations of their own conditions and social environment,the community has become the main place for their activities.It is particularly important to improve the community service for the disabled.This study is an exploratory practical study on the intervention strategy of "3E" in community service for the disabled."3E"intervention strategy is a systematic and developmental intervention method of social work practice,which provides guidance for practitioners with integrated and long-term thinking.The purpose of this paper is to summarize and analyze the service experience of community B over the past year,and to propose professional intervention methods for community service for the disabled.The research method is to obtain reliable qualitative data through field observation and interview on the basis of combing the literature of B community service research report Based on the reflection of the author’s participation in community service practice,this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems in the community service for the disabled in B community of Shenzhen,such as the small number of professional services,the narrow scope of service,the mismatch between service content and demand,the low awareness rate,the lack of professional skills of workers,and the lack of innovation and continuity of service.After the intervention of the "3E" intervention strategy,the service for the disabled in community B has achieved remarkable results:the community workers have established a good professional relationship with the disabled group,the enthusiasm of the disabled has been significantly improved,the self-cognition has been changed,and the individual potential has been tapped.This article finally get the following results and conclusions:"3 e" intervention strategy provides workers with systemic and integrity the intervention of the train of thought,but also promote the improvement of the whole community environment,but also there are higher requirements to the service continuity,service results achieve the desired for a long time,to the service provider’s ability and stability requirements higher shortcomings.In this regard,the following Suggestions are put forward:first,the disabled community service should be included in the overall plan of community construction;Second,adhere to the inter-departmental cooperation,multi-participation mechanism;Third,strengthen the awareness of social responsibility,with the power of public opinion to strengthen publicity,build the main status of the disabled;Fourth,we will promote the professionalization and professionalization of social work for the disabled.It is expected to give full play to the advantages of the community and the disabled themselves and promote the continuous development and progress of community services for the disabled through the continuous improvement of theoretical research and practical exploration.
