Study On Legalization Construction Of Religious Affairs Administration In Tianjin

Under the background of ruling the country by law,the Party Central Committee has put forward a series of new ideas on how to do a good job of religious work.It points out how to correctly understand and deal with the religious problems.It is clear that the religious work is necessarily to take the road of legal administration.Since February 1st,2018,the newly revised Regulations on religious affairs has been officially implemented.This is the concrete embodiment of promoting the administration according to law and building a rule of law government in China.However,there is still a long way to go.In recent years,Tianjin has been committed to the implementation of the party's policy of freedom of religious belief,to explore the mechanism for the administration of religious affairs according to law,to actively guide the adaptation of religion to the socialist society,and to promote the establishment of a harmonious religious relationship,and the healthy development of the economic and social society has been guaranteed.With the rapid development of Tianjin's economic society,the overall structure of the society has undergone profound changes.However,there are still many problems in the process of the rule of law in the administration of religious affairs in Tianjin.This paper uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis methods to discuss the current difficulties for the religious affairs to promote the development of religious affairs and raising the level of legal administration in Tianjin.It is necessary to improve the religious system,strengthen the construction of religious groups,solve the problems of religious sites,solve the problems of network religion and folk belief,and strengthen the construction of religious affairs administration organizations.
