Research On The Sustainability Of Community Governance From The Perspective Of Resource Accumulation

As the basic unit of the country or society,the community will be an important carrier to realize the construction of a modern social governance system and an effective way to reflect the level of social governance capabilities.At present,with the acceleration of China's transformation and the sinking of government's key work,the situation of community governance has gradually become more complicated,which has also brought new challenges to community governance.When a community initially starts community governance,it often faces a poor foundation of community governance,and also faces a lot of community governance such as system construction,improvement of the community environment,and mobilization of residents.Therefore,how to carry out the community governance work can achieve the target governance effect,what kind of governance work should be carried out at different governance stages,and what resources can be accumulated to help the community governance continue to be effectively promoted,and how does the accumulation of different resources affect the community's sustainable governance?Influence has become the focus of this study.Through the analysis of the community governance work in different stages of the Z residential area and the comparison with the remaining four residential areas,the author summarizes and analyzes what kind of community governance work should be taken at different stages,why this governance work should be adopted,and this.The accumulated resources and the impact on subsequent community governance.In the initial stage,party members should lead individual residents to participate and start governance from small-scale activities.These two steps focus on empowerment at the individual level,lay the foundation for governance through the participation of individual residents,and use the organizational resources of the community to drive the accumulation of human resources,thereby enhancing the self-resident Efficacy and sense of participation.In the development stage,it isnecessary to cultivate resident leaders and form community self-organizations.These two steps are based on the positioning of the neighborhood committee as a resource-reducing and relationship-oriented approach.It is also based on the importance of good interpersonal relationships.It is necessary to promote the development of governance through the establishment of a good interpersonal network,so as to achieve the governance effect of enhancing the consciousness of the residents.In the stabilization phase,a basic resource platform should be built to promote regularization of activities.These two steps are based on the resource requirements of different governance entities,and establish a good and stable resource interaction channel to continuously improve the effectiveness of community governance.The last step is to dig out the special resources of the community,create group logos by digging the special resources,and create group solidarity,so that the sense of belonging of the residents is improved,and all residents are willing to participate in community governance and contribute their own strength.Finally,this article gives reference to the Z residential area as a reference to the different time of different steps applied to community governance,and summarizes and analyzes the accumulation of resources brought by different stages of governance and its impact on the sustainability of community governance.
