The Research On The Satisfaction Of Scale Operation Farmers To Rural Productive Public Services

Rural productive public service is an important part of rural public service and an important foundation of rural economic and social development in China.It plays a vital role in promoting the smooth progress of agricultural production and management activities and boosting the revitalization of rural areas.Especially under the background of the continuous development of moderate scale operation and the emergence of large-scale farmers in China,as well as the fact that farmers are dependent on rural public services when they produce private products,the effective supply of rural productive public services is particularly important,which urgently requires us to pay attention to the supply of rural productive public services,Strive to provide public services with practical help for farmers.In the existing literature research,relevant scholars have only done a little research on the supply and demand transmission mechanism and supply mode of rural productive public services.As for the specific content of rural public services that can provide effective support for agricultural production and operation activities and help the smooth progress of agricultural production,it needs to be further explored.According to the new public service theory,the best service mode should be "people-oriented",which is provided according to the actual needs of farmers.Therefore,starting from the demand side,this paper constructs the satisfaction index model of rural productive public services,evaluates the satisfaction level of scale operation farmers to rural productive public services,and then analyzes the factors that affect farmers’ satisfaction and the effective supply of public services,And put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of scale operation farmers and the supply efficiency of rural productive public services.This paper mainly through the empirical research method,analyzes the data obtained through the questionnaire and draws conclusions,mainly including:(1)on the basis of existing research results,combined with the main content and characteristics of this study,this paper constructs the rural productive public service satisfaction index model;(2)SPSS software was used to analyze the sample size and test the reliability and validity of 272 valid questionnaires,and then smartpls software was used to verify the research hypothesis and test the significance of each variable,and a reliable satisfaction index model was obtained;(3)According to the satisfaction index formula,the satisfaction index scores of each variable are calculated,and the factors influencing farmers’ satisfaction and rural productive public service supply efficiency are obtained;(4)Finally,according to the empirical research results,the research conclusions are summarized and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The results show that: 1.The perception of public service quality has the greatest direct impact on Farmers’ satisfaction;2.Scale operation farmers are basically satisfied with the supply of rural productive public services;3.The supply of public services in different stages of agricultural production is unbalanced;4.The supply efficiency of rural productive public services is not high.
