The Requirement Analysis And Overall Design Of Building A County-level Public Security Big Data Center

Big data is a great engine to promote the innovation and development of the public security work,and a new growth point to cultivate the generating of fighting capacity.According to the requirements of the Ministry of Public Security,local public security organs have actively built new intelligent policing modes with big data intelligent application as the core,and big data has played an important role in promoting the leapfrogging development of the fighting capacity of public security organs.In this process,due to the constraints of funds,resources,policies and other aspects,county-level public security organs mainly focus on the direct uses of the big data center built by the superior public security organs,and collect a wide range of information to enrich the data warehouse as required.However,the county-level public security organs also have their own characteristics,that is,a great quantity of local data and temporary data cannot and need not to be submitted to the higher level public security organs,but they often play an irreplaceable role in local case investigation,public security prevention and control,maintaining stability and handling emergencies.Therefore,in the context of the construction of big data center and cloud computing center in many provinces and prefectures' security organs and county-level people's governments,relying on the resources of superior public security organs and local people's governments,it is very feasible and necessary to build county-level public security big data centers.This thesis first introduces the research background and practical significance of the construction of County-level Public Security big data center,briefly expounds the important concepts and main technologies of big data and cloud computing,and then analyzes the construction requirements in detail,finally puts forward the overall design scheme.In the aspect of requirement analysis,it focuses on data,network,infrastructure,application,visual interaction and non functional requirements.In the aspect of overall design,firstly,the overall framework of County-level Public Security big data center is put forward,and the interaction layer,application layer,support layer,data layer and collection layer in the framework are detailed;secondly,the idea of double network deployment and hierarchical processing of big data center is put forward;finally,the network framework and security design of the system are discussed.From the viewpoint of big data,the author participated in the grass-roots practice in person,made a full investigation and analysis of the business needs,put forward the overall design scheme for the construction of County-level Public Security big data center,and started the project construction together with relevant units.Using cloud computing thinking,the author creatively puts forward the technical route of "double network deployment and hierarchical processing",which effectively breaks through the bottleneck in the construction of County-level Public Security big data center caused by capital,policy,etc.,and it will have universal guiding significances for county-level public security organs to implement big data strategy and improve the intelligent level of public security work.
