| After entering the 21st century,social development has entered the information age.Big data characterized by information explosion has gradually entered our lives and began to lead social scientific and technological innovation and industrial transformation.The new formats of big data,Internet +,and artificial intelligence have brought all-round and deep-level changes to the society.Big data and cloud computing have become one of the most important competitive resources in the world.In this context,as an important force of social governance,it is urgent for public security organs to effectively utilize big data and information technology to enrich the content of social governance.As the scientific and technological brain of public security organs,the public security intelligence center has the advantage of commanding police affairs by means of big data and information technology.It is also an important department for the public security organs to better perform their duties and enrich the police with science and technology in the new era.Therefore,this paper selects the perspective of Hefei public security intelligent center construction under the big data environment,which has practical significance.This paper mainly takes the Hefei public security bureau where the author works as the research object,using three research methods of literature analysis,empirical research and comparative research,big data theory and governance theory,on the basis of specific analysis of the overall situation of China’s smart police and the construction of Hefei public security bureau’s smart center,it is found that the current construction of Hefei public security wisdom center has a great impact on the development of public security smart center To some extent,the further development of Hefei public security intelligence center is affected by the lack of understanding of "data",the weak ability of information updating,the low level of actual combat,the serious existence of data barriers,and the lack of professionals.Through the comparative analysis of the construction experience of Guiyang,Shanghai and Guangzhou public security smart centers,we can use big data technology to break through the traditional public security work mode,establish a branch directly to the grass-roots smart center,break the traditional working methods,and make early warning possible.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: strengthen the top-level design;strengthen the police information skills training and assessment supervision;speed up the removal of data barriers;pay attention to personnel training;strengthen the expansion of application scope.It is hoped that it will be beneficial to the construction of Hefei public security intelligence center. |
