With the rapid development of social economy,the competition between city and district is becoming increasingly fierce.Many local governments take the investment promotion work as the lifeline of open economic work,which plays an increasingly important role in the local economic development.Investment Promotion Center(China Merchants Center,CMB)is the main government department of the local government to carry out the investment promotion work,which is also called "Investment Promotion Bureau" in some areas of China,most of which are public institutions,mainly responsible for the comprehensive,coordination,assessment and service of the investment promotion work of the local government.As a public institution,due to the limitation of assessment and management,the enthusiasm of employees is generally not high enough.Effectively stimulating the employees' enthusiasm in such units as CMB,improving the efficiency of employees,and better serving the public is an important issue in the current reform of public institutions.At present,the employee satisfaction of enterprises is mainly studied.As an organization with Chinese characteristics,the research on employee satisfaction in public institutions is relatively lacking.The formulation of countermeasures are limited by many factors.Therefore,the author chooses Tongshan district investment center of Xuzhou City as the research object to carry out the work.Take the job satisfaction evaluation of its employees as the sample to study the main factors affecting the job satisfaction and put forward the corresponding improvement measures.In order to provide reference for other institutions to improve the satisfaction program.First of all,investigate and clarify the relevant concepts of Tongshan investment center,such as the nature of the unit,the identity of employees,study the main theoretical factors affecting job satisfaction,study the theoretical basis of satisfaction evaluation,and compare and summarize the commonly used satisfaction evaluation forms.Secondly,based on the above research,combined with field research and employee interviews,master the basic situation and human resource structure of Tongshan investment center.Select employees with different organizational identities,departments,positions,ages,genders and working years for in-depth interviews tomaster the general aspects affecting employee satisfaction.Using JSS,MSQ,JDI,NSQ,SRA and other standard evaluation forms for reference,a questionnaire was designed for the employee satisfaction of Tongshan Investment Promotion Center,including basic information of employees,26 specific satisfaction surveys and 3 total satisfaction surveys.The anonymous questionnaire was distributed to all employees and external employees of Tongshan investment center.A total of 158 questionnaires were sent out and 156 were recovered,with a recovery rate of 98.73%.Systematic data analysis was carried out on the effective questionnaire,and Cronbach coefficient was used to analyze the reliability of the questionnaire.The reliability coefficient of the research data was 0.981,higher than 0.9,which verified the rationality of the 26 items of the questionnaire.Kmo(Kaiser Meyer Olkin)value and ballot test were used to verify the validity of the questionnaire.Factor analysis was used to condense 20 investigation items into three main dimensions: work environment,career development and salary income,which affect the total satisfaction of employees,corresponding to 8,8 and 4 investigation items respectively,and to demonstrate the positive correlation between the three inspection dimensions and the total satisfaction.Finally,according to the results of the questionnaire survey,the average value of the overall satisfaction of employees is 3.113,which is between "satisfied" and "very satisfied",indicating that the overall satisfaction of employees is high.Combined with the basic information statistics of employees in the questionnaire,this paper studies the significant relationship between the individual differences of employees and the three main inspection dimensions.It is found that the education background,staffing,rank and daily working hours of employees have a greater impact on the relevant dimensions of job satisfaction,and the economic conditions of employees themselves also have an impact on the satisfaction dimension of wage income.The gender differences of employees have a smaller impact,and the marriage of employees There was no significant relationship between age,working years and annual income difference and total job satisfaction.Based on the three satisfaction dimensions corresponding to common factors and individual differences of employees,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the aspect of job satisfaction of employees in Tongshan district.On this basis,the author puts forward measures to improve the job satisfaction of the employees in Tongshan investment center from five aspects.Improve the income distribution system.Improve the working environment.Improvethe promotion together with incentive mechanism.Improve the employees' responsibility sense.Strengthen the training mechanism.
