T Bureau,as the coordination and implementation department of the N District to attract investment in business,has recruited a group of professional and high-quality personnel through open recruitment,and formulated the performance appraisal system for them in response to the shortage of professional people for attracting business investment.However,during the process of implementing the system,performance appraisal cannot take effect to stimulate these employees' motivation to do their job as a result of unclear positioning of appraisal objectives,ignoring the importance of appraisal,problems in setting appraisal indicators.The author of this thesis uses relevant theories of performance appraisal to analyze the current performance appraisal system of T Bureau and then changes the way of appraisal to re-set the content and weight.Finally,suggestions are given for application of appraisal results so as to optimize the performance appraisal system.The main structure of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,significance,research theme,ways used in this thesis and logic relationship.The second part is literature review that summarizes concepts and theories of performance appraisal and important appraisal methods used in this thesis.The third part is case analysis.It first introduces the profile,organizational structure,compensation system of B Bureau.Then the author summarizes the main work which B Bureau is responsible for,the status quo of it performance appraisal and application of appraisal results,all of which can lay a solid foundation for optimizing the performance appraisal system.Optimization of the performance appraisal system constitutes the fourth part.Through the analysis of the problems found in the previous interviews and the status quo of the performance appraisal for unofficial investment promotion staff,the author proposes the purpose of appraisal,sets appraisal indicators and elements in line with the profession ranks to provide suggestions to optimize this system.This paper is based on the ranks of investment promotion staff to set objective and quantifiable assessment indicators and elements.At the same time,it also puts forward suggestions on the application of performance appraisal results,optimizing the performance appraisal system for these employees,and serving as an important reference for the promotion and career development of unofficial investment promotion staff...
