Study On Pet Dog Management In Qingkou Town,Ganyu District,Lianyungang City

Now in today society,more and more people would like to keep or adopt pet dogs,especially in Qingkou town.Therefore,the number of dogs is rising day by day rapidly.The government of Qingkou town has to manage the pet dogs due to the various social problems caused by pet dogs and it's posed a serious threat to the daily life of residents in Qingkou town.In oct 2019,the police of Ganyu district issued the notice on “regulating of the management of pet dogs”,does this announcement will solve the issue by keeping dogs? We still need to continue to pay attention and reflect.The main research problem of this paper thesis is how to deal with the issue of pet dogs keeping in Qingkou town,Ganyu district,Lianyungang.In practice,we have to find the cure to solve the problems flexibly and also improve the management system,strengthen the monitoring and the ability to implement recommendations.This paper thesis has five parts.The first part introduces the research background,importance and the trends in domestic and international.The second part mainly explains the definition and concept of pet dog.Describes how to properly manage and theoretical sources also introduces the main features and specific implementation plans.The third part mainly analyzes the status of the problem by keeping pet dogs in Qingkou town and the source of the problem.The fourth part mainly studies the domestic and foreign urban dog management methods,and summarizes the experience and references.The fifth part is based on the theories and solutions that have been put forward,mainly to obey government management,and cooperate with the supervision of volunteers and other organizations to achieve harmony between people and pet dogs in Qingkou town.In this paper,through the research on the Countermeasures of the pet dog governance in Qingkou Town,the corresponding solutions are put forward,and the areas that need to be improved in the future are pointed out.It is hoped that through this paper,the harmony between the pet dog and the residents in Qingkou town can be realized.
